AIRTEL DIGITAL TV
REG NOT PROVIDING CONNECTION

Sir,

I have paid a sum of Rs. 1590/- through SBI online banking to Airtel Digital TV for cable connection vide order No. 3510730 on 31st May. Even after 15 days neither they installed Digital TV nor my money refunded back till date. I have sent 8 emails to Airtel authorities but no reply received. They are also not responding to my phone calls. Please help me to get my money back against the cheating of the company. More over company denied me TV entertainment for last 15 days for which they may also be directed to pay compensation. My mobile connection is from Airtel. Even then they ignored me.

Now I am afraid of approaching any other dish TV providers as if they also cheat me like this, I will incur heavy financial loss.
