The mistake of my life

I purchased a 650 VA SUKAM Inverter five years ago. Initially it came with PRESTOLITE Battery which lasted for more than three years. However, when the time of changing the battery came, somebody suggested me the name of LUMINOUS and here I committed the mistake of my lifetime. Because just after completing the warranty period, the battery started giving all sorts of troubles and perhaps I am now left with no option but to change the battery once again.

I wonder how can such a big name send such an inferior product in the market.

I brought this to the knowledge of LUMINOUS umpteen times but they did not even acknowledge my letters what to talk of inspecting the faulty piece.

I would, therefore, feel highly obliged if my grievance is published in your widely read column so that people could come across the real face of big names.
