Not Recieving Gas on Time

Dear Sir / Madam,

We have been facing a lot of prolem with regarding to refill of gas from Anusha Indane Gas Co.

Pls fine below difficulites facing:

1. Timing mentioned on the bill is 8am to 8pm - BUT IT OPENS ONLY BY 9AM & CLOSE BY 7PM

2. Contact Nos: 080 26664840, 26666073, 26662399, 26662289 - are always busy

3. When we book for gas after 15-20days - THEY DONT GIVE WAITING NUMBER.

4. Bad customer Service - WHEN WE ASK WHY DELAYE THEY SAY YOU HAVENT BOOK GAS!

5. Withpout Bill Delivery - THEY DELIVER GAS WITHOUT BILL!!! I THINK ITS AN OFFENCE

6. Manager Not Reply - MR. SRINIVAS -9900820768 WHEN WE CALL DOESNT RESPOND

We are facing a lot problems on timely delivery & service issues with this agency.

I hope this mail is taken seriously & taken action on them.
