Defect in product

I bought Bata company shoes before 6 months. The soul of shoes has been detached with in few days from the day of purchasing. I made contact with customer care but they didn't gave solution for it. I want to make a complaint aginst for defect in product.

The warrenty time was two month for damaged product for replecment, but if soul paste will be detached then they have to repalce but customer care didn't gave solution. Please solve the problem.
