Fraud shopkeeper sold me a defective machine

Greetings, Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Sarita Butaney l had purchased a new elliptical cycle from Mr. Shabir Patel. the owner of (Sizs fitness 344/2754, Motilal Nagar 2, Behind Loot Store, Off Link Road, Goregaon West, Mumbai - 400090 Call: (91)-(22)-28771525) The brand new machine was purchased in August it is still under warranty and from the first week onwards it stopped working and started making loud noise and so i called them and requested them to send a technician to service the machine even after it was serviced the same problem continued l complained to the owner as well as the distributor to get the problem solved either by refunding the money and taking the machine back or changing the parts of the machine and replacing new parts. but both the owner and the distributor spoke to me very rudely and challenging me to do whatever but they would not help me. Please help me out with my grievance to solve my problem.
