IPL ticket for 5th May, 2012
Non-procurement of IPL Ticket

Sir,

I have booked online two tickets @ Rs. 400/-each for IPL match at Eden Garden on 30th March. The order and transaction No. are 8127374 and 95636 respectively. There was no instruction on the print out copy of the e-ticket that the ticket to be collected from the counter by showing the online e-ticket print out copy at the counter. On the day, I came to know that the tickets should be collected from the counter. I attended at the counter on 5th at 2 PM and waited there upo 4 PM. But the counter was closed. Finding no other way, I returned back home so that the play can be observed on the TV atleast.

Now, you are kindly requested either to refund the money or send the tickets for the next match at Eden Garden on 12th May (MI VS KKR). This is for your information and necessary action please. Hope you will take immediate action on the above. Awaiting your mail please.
