Non Refund of Money - Absconding owne

This is to bring to your notice that the owner of Diva Fitness - Sachin Malik - has been absconding with the money of the fitness centre members of it's Rajinder Nagar branch, since it got closed down due to MCD drive a month back.

I have tried calling him a number of times and even sent him smses but he has not been responding. And he switches his cellphone off, when called continuously.

There was no communication to any member that the centre has been closed down..they were left to discover it on their own and when Sachin was contacted, he said, the centre will open in 10-15 days. Since then he has been absconding with non refund of consumers' money.

If his conscience is clear, why doesnt he pick up the members' calls and addresses their concerns - he is sitting on the hard earned money of consumers who became members of this centre in good faith. My membership was for 3 months and i paid Rs.4000/- for it whereas the centre closed down within a month of my joining. I have a proper receipt for my money, but no one to refund the amount!
