Gift 360 degree
Voucher: Shoes not in stock

Hi,

i had ordered a sports package from gift 360..of a rebook tracks, t shirt and a voucher for shoes..

i had to redeem the voucher from a reebok shop in colaba..and their number is 022-22024565

i have been calling them for almost 4 months now and they always say that the show is not in stock and will soon be in stock.

when i called gift 360 they say that they cant do anything about it..when i call reebok store they ask me to contact 360

so that means ..i have already paid for the product however all i have is a peice of paper called as VOUCHER, however no shoes..

this is pathetic service
