My name is Tarun and presently i am in Ludhiana, Punjab.

i have an airtel connection, the mobile number is : 9878538881 and it was active, but after 8/11,

it is saying that u have not filled the form, or your form is incomplete, but i would like to let you know that i have submitted the form 2 times with address proof and identification proof, because i faced these situation 2 times, now it is again means third time. Today i had taken short leave from my office, and went to the airtel office that is in Gumar Mandi, Ludhiana, There was a person AMREEK, and he simply told me that, i have no form right now, please come tomorrow, I have no much time to submit the form again and again.

So please activate my connection as soon as possible. Or other wise i will change my connection.
