Mobile not recharged but amount Rs 111/- deducted from my sbi account

I had requested to avenues India pvt Ltd Co to recharge Rs 111/- on 27/4 to my mobile 9015818730, the company had accepted and took the money of Rs 111/- by online banking the amount had been deducted from my A/C but I did not receive any currency in my mobile from them .this is a mare cheat/steal through online. Please take a serious action against them and refund me my amount
