Unnecessary balance deduction

Hi, This is Rahul!

Today i got a call from customer care on my no. 7837836678 (ported into aircel), a girl told me about some pack and put down the phone. And after some time she activated that pack without asking me which had sms gprs and deducted my balance Rs.40/-.

But i already have sms gprs so y would i need one more and i did't even ask her to activate..

And now cust.care executives are not picking my call.kindly look into the matter Asap. Thanks!
