Networking problem

I purchased 3100 nokia mobile in Sept- 06, after 13 months, i faced problem with this set, mobile was not receiving signals, I have given three times to Nokia service center DHANBAD, JHARKHAND, India, .but still is not working properly, Job sheet number is 672, but still they could not repairer my mobile, I received it after repairing work done, but after 1 day it is again with same defect, i do not what people at your service center have done. If this is the kind of services that I will get from the Nokia service center after buying a Nokia product then I do not really understand for whom shall I expect help from?
