Offer not activated

Sir,

I had purchased Nokia E7 mobile on 24/04 from nokia dealer at kalyan. There was an offer from Vodafone of 2GB/month free data download with this package. For activation it is mentioned that just insert the vodafone sim it will be activated. We have done that but the package was not activated. Then I contacted customer care 111 then they told me to visit Vodafone store. I had visited Store on 04/05 and gave me the reply the offer was till 30/04.Please note that there was not mentioned any validity period in the packet. Eventhough it is not my mistake and I have done the procedure as per the instruction given in the package in time. So I request you to please actvate this offer immediately or please let me know what I should do to get this offer activated.
