Never Buy Nokia

I bought Nokia 6 mths back. It was hving display issues and I went to Nokia Centre in IndiraNagar, Bangalore.

They checked and verified, it'a case of physical damage. We denied but no other way, but to get it repaied at our cost. They took back and asked to come after 3 days. After 3 days they call and say display is not in stock, it will be ready in 2 days. After another 2 days they call it's still not ready, display will come today and it will be ready in another 2 days. They also assured me that the cost of Display has reduced from expected 2500 to 2000. After another 2 days they call and say that my touch pad is not working. Now they want to charge extra for the touchpad and God knows, whether it will work even after changing that... I denied of any possibility that the touch pad was not working when I gave them to repair... I am fully convinced that they have spoiled it... they are not accepting it all... They are not giving me any further escalation contacts too... any suggestions...?
