Service has been restricted because someone else has called and asked for the same

This is ridiculous. On 24th Feb my postpiad services got disconnected at around 14.30 PM. When i called vodafone care, I was informed that they received a request from some "Aparna" about lost card and hence the service was restricted. The connection is in my name " Pavithra Raghunath" and they disconnected when they recieved a call from Aparna.

They also told me that their service executive has come home for verifcation adn since no one was there, the verification is incomplete and that is the reason for disconnection also. I have not received a cll from any executive before coming. SInce I work, the house is locked from morning to evening. Is this my fault. This company deserves to be sued.
