Out of warranty in warranty period taken charges for repaire and there no physical or water damage done during using

Below metioned compaint already forwarded from my enb but no result at last.

Respected Sir,

I am one of the your customer and would like to bring my issue for your action.

As I bought nokia handset on 27-07, and form that date same is working perfectly on the 12 the April around 1 :15 PM phone switched of automatically, not started after trying and not functioning. Next day I meet my friend who have his own mobile shop, he told me that it's normal problem of software updating and have 250/-rs charged if you repaire it from other the nokia care, but he advised me that your phone is in warranty period so you can repair it in Nokia care and will be Ok without any charges.

On the visit of NOKIA care your front desk EXECUTIVE checked warranty period and found that phone is in warranty period, after that she told me site in office and your handset will be ok in 10mint, later on 10 mint she come with mobile in open condition and told me that mobile got some liquid inside and not repair, after the discussion she agreed that it will be repair and charged 400 rupees and now onwards your handset will out of warranty period now after paying money in myself don't have any security of phone and in future is there any problem found company will not repair it or repair it on their terms and condition in future. Now how can normal layman have all knowledge of phone What ever told by representative we accept it without cross verifying and with your expert person myself come to know that it may be effected from the cool moisture of air condition system. For these repair they charged me 400/- and I agreed to paid but moreover she told me that your phone is not in warranty now, If there is any other fault found it will be charged in future.

Even I don't believe it first, as per my knowledge my phone is first time open at in your nokia care, it is possible that phone have problem from starting or mobile got any problem at nokia care only. how can I put my faith on person who are sitting in nokia care who don't have uniform or any Identity card secondly if for below given reason by your executive is true that mobile got liquid from cool weather than it's fault of company. Because after paying 12800 Rs. and on the name warranty I felt that person are cheated in service center, In my case your service guaranty is either dummy or phone got problem in Nokia care,

My simple question is that, is it crime to bought nokia phone and if on the any problem in the warranty period it is crime to visit nokia care, is there no responsibility of company to secure his customer for this kind of problem, because nobody want to make his phone dead one from the working.

I think My problem is genuine and your expert also accept that it is possible mobile effected from cool air of air condition system, however out 100 office 99% office have A/C system and for these reason if mobile affected, company should repaired it if the handset is it warranty period,

Sir, Now it is up to you for no error I have to face all these problem and the end result is 0 value of phone now form 12800 Rs. so, Even My handset not considered in warranty period which is already in warranty period, after paying money at nokia care may be myself have to suffer in future, and I don't think it's difficult to provide coverage to customer in such case in which customer found genuine after your Inquiry as company have good brand name, at least you can consider my phone in warranty period myself no issue of that I paid 400 Rupees in the past. You can repair my phone in future if other than this problem occurred in phone. Because now in some process is going on job sheet and all necessary the detail regarding front desk executive and expert of nokia care provide you later when required.
