Alance didnt came

Sir i bought a mts sim from my near mobile shop a week ago by paying 100 rupees . he told me that u will get 80 rupee talktime .but the sim was already activated and the shop keeper told me to compalain on mts coustemer care on 177 i did that. but the customer care is telling that the sim was bought by some body on 29 march.but actually i bought this sim a wek ago on my fathers id mahender kumar agarwal .my phone no which i bought is 9133603441 .sir kindly u inform the authorities to provide me my balance.
