Beam account hacked, and wrong waiver passed

Hi Dear,

My issue is that on 22/12/10 morning my beam account password is Blocked. i was unable to log in since morning. The error was showing invalid user name and password.

then at evening time i talked with customer care associate, she send me a new password on my beam user mobile no . (9872438314), when i checked my account, the remaining balance was Rs 7.43, yesterday my last balance was Rs 4647.76 on 21/12 21:25:36:108 .

please solve my this issue.
