Dear Sir,

Very much deeply regert to inform that my link was down from yesterday evening, I have lodgged a complaint on the same under complaint number 18861108. reg. on 17/7 at 20.56 // my land line number is 04442153499.

To my surprise such a big company AIRTEL, does not even bothered to call me or ask me about the deatails till now. But a smart way SMS was sent yesterday that is 17/7 itself saying. We will get back to you by 18/7 by 13.30 hrs.

Now the time is 16.15 hrs of 18/7, and no call nor a service engineer is attended the fault.

Very reducilous service provider and dont bother about customer request at all.

Though Mr. Sunil Mittal Chairman of the company says "customers delight". But such service will never make Customer Delight only worry about such service responsibility to forward.

Please forward this mail to the your well known person of AIRTEL BROADBAND Saying careless and lethargy ness of a customer requirement.
