Debit of balance

I have a Airtel prepaid connection in Karnataka circle bearing # 9980067069. My balance is being debited every Friday for thee last 4 fridays @ Rs.15/Friday.

I have registered complaints on all the fridays except today i.e.7.12.07 and I also have the request no reference.

My only complaint to them is to credit my bal back of Rs.60 which has been debited during the last 4 fridays.

The customer care executives have assured me it will be cleared 4 times but till date no credit and no feedback from Airtel side.

Im posting this complaint only to see if my bal is credited back and I can trust Airtel
