GPRS not avaiable

I have activated 98 Rs. GPRS on my phone but I am not able access any of the website. I called many times to customer care but no one giving soluton even they have raised SR which is supposed to be resolved before 9May but still not resolved. My HTC Wildfire is now useless without internet
