Non refund of my post paid mobile deposits

I have closed my following two post paid mobile connections

1. 9766318324

For this after lot of follow ups, got the refund cheque which was not valid as it was received very late. So as per their advise i have couriered back the checque at their Mumbai office.

But so far new cheque is not received to me.

2. 9766586246

For this after lot of follow ups i have been assured 19.11.10 as the target date of receipt for the cheque

But till date non of above refund cheque received to me.
