Dear sir i am custmer of BSNL pre paid mobile service . my no. is 9415807389 .charged for bollywood pack Rs. 8/- per weak by company from no.5636340082 from 18 month.

i am disscus to bsnl custmer care to deactivate to bollywood pack many times but no any response.

and MNP request are not accepted . i am mentaly puzzled from long times . i requested plz. help me.
