I am serving in Border Security Force, and on this day i am on leave and in this regard i contact with BSNL Customer Care on the same day but he was refused to help me or refused to give any information by saying that contact with Rajasthan Custmore care. After availing leave i have joined his duty on 22 July and againg contact with BSNL Customer care, but again he say that he can’t refund your balance. Sir, i have never applied for this Service by any medium. I have used Mobile Nokia – 101, which is not supported for this service.

Hence you are requested to help me in this regard…
