This complaint is in reference with Airtel Company. SL # 251278 dated 21/08.
I have applied for Airtel broadband and phone connection. Among which the phone i.e. landline has not been received by us, in spite of calling airtel people several times they are less bothered about the customer. Mr. Suresh Tek the territory sales manager of Airtel and Mr. Rakesh Sonawane sales executive of the company has committed us of installing the product in 4 to 5 days. Now it has been more than 20 days approx still the phone is pending. Now these guys don’t pick up our calls also. Every time they gave excuses for technical reason it delayed. Till date no solutions has come for this. They have also committed that the phone handset will be provided free of cost but suddenly I received a call on Sunday 05/09 from Ms Shabnam she said she is calling from Airtel and demanded money for the handset. I narrated the entire story to her and hung up. Again Monday morning I got a call from the number 40156743 and the lady said she is from airtel and again the same story, somehow she promised of 24hrs duration for the connection but in vain. Then I was asked by Mr. Sonawane to contact Mr. Kailash (9867570827) their technical and installation dept head, I spoke to him but in vain.
So please help me in getting my phone.
This is request to the higher authorities of Bharti Airtel Company not to spoil their brand name in the market by such nonsense things. If your staff is giving any commitment please check you fulfill it.
