Alance not recd on sim activation

Dear sir,

i m ashish jindal frm up. before some days i buy 2 airtel sim frm a dealer. he told me that i ll get rs5 balance on the activation & my call rates will be rs0.50 paisa per minut for 1yr. n told me not to get it recharge unless i get the complete schemes. so i've not recharged it by now n niether i ve got the balance of rs5 in mobile no-08126007531, 08126007532.

so plz try to give me my balance.
