Reg problem with nokia 7210

This is regard poor support from UNIVERCELL madurai northveli st branch (Tamilnadu, India) whose selling your product.

I purchased Nokia 7210 model on 6th month of I start facing the problem in that mobile with in 15 days and i gave it for servicing in the univercell. They took 2 month for servicing and they replaced with the new mobile (In this 2 month, nearly 10 to 15 times i came to shop. In this more time and money waste for me).

Even in that mobile am facing the same problem. I ask the problem with the univercell but i dint get the proper response and support from them. They told we cant service the mobile and i left the mobile in the shop itself.

I asking you to involve in this matter and kindly arrange to change the mobile and give it to me as soon.

Note :

Because of the worst support from UNIVERCELL. They spoiling NOKIA brand name.
