Activation of Caller tune service without consent of customers

Hi Sir,

My name is Vivek Anand Singh. I am using airtel pre-paid number 9958946065. I want to make complain against airtel for their caller tune service. It has been happened 3 times with me that I receive call from airtel customer care, and the moment I picked the call, they activated caller tune service on my number without any consent, and they deducted some amount from my balance. When I called customer care number, they did not give me any satisfactory answer why they activated caller tune on my number without my permission and even they refused to give me customer care complain number. Today also I receive call from airtel customer number 91-98180-96675. When I picked the call, they activated caller tune service again without asking my permission. They are doing this with most of their customers and by doing so they are making lot of money by cheating their customers.

Please take an strict action against such companies cheating their customers.
