Balance Deduction

Dear Sir!

I have an Airtel Prepaid connection. I have subscribed Mobile Internet Plan 98 and I have received 2 GB data usage. Recently, I have Rs.36/- in my account but after a few minutes it was only Rs. 3/-. I have contacted to Customer Care of Airtel but he says "This will due to Airtel Live usage but he is not saying which type of usage even after my request". But I have never used Airtel Live and I am regular using my mobile internet plan. However, the company is deducting the data usage from my main balance. I am very harassed from Bharti Airtel service. Please take right action against the company.
