Not connect with custumercare & deduction of accunt

sir, my name is deepak mishra and I have Airtel prepaid connection. and its number is 7869410621.

When I have to call in custumecare then it say some time the call can not completed at that time & some time it connect but the time of talking with custumercare after press option '9' that will not connect with custumercare service agent.

The other problem is deduction in accunt. In my accunt have amt. is 4.64 in the 24th march but in the 25th march it is deduct by giving message.the message given by 'AD-54321' in this message said you have download but i can not download any thing. I am surfing only Site & the 98 gprs plan is active in my no. So surfing is free & I am only download which is free online.

so please on my custumercare service continue. & return my deduct amt.
