Unable to connect in 3G

Sir, I am from nagaon, assam. My Airtel no is 919957967379. i have a problem with it. i am unable to connect in 3g mode. in 2g mode it is connect, but in 3g mode it will not connect, getting an error unable to connect browser. i am trying to connect in other browser like opera mini, uc browser, but it did not connect. i am using nokia 500, it is a high speed 3g hsdpa device max speed of 14.4mbps. so, please help me.
