Airtel Cutting off with money in account SCAM

I have had the 9890368330 Airtel prepaid number for the past 10 years with no problems, I was away abroad for two months, and on my return i find they have cutoff the number, which has balance amount.against prepaid.

i have contacted their call centers but each time they hang up on me, I have also sent mails to them at 121@in.airtel.com, Each time I have got the following response

". Dear Customer,

Thank you for writing to us. Your mail has been received by us, we shall get

back to you within 24 hours.

Please note our new email id -121@in.airtel.com. In future post your

queries/request or complaints on 121@in.airtel.com

I would like to put this as a complaint on this provider as a scam (as they have my money with them and also not reconnect my phone).

I hope this mail to you, gets some response and action from Airtel, hopefully I will not be forced to go to the consumer court to settle this issue.
