I have had the 9890368330 Airtel prepaid number for the past 10 years with no problems, I was away abroad for two months, and on my return i find they have cutoff the number, which has balance amount.against prepaid.
i have contacted their call centers but each time they hang up on me, I have also sent mails to them at [email protected], Each time I have got the following response

Thank you for writing to us. Your mail has been received by us, we shall get
back to you within 24 hours.

I would like to put this as a complaint on this provider as a scam (as they have my money with them and also not reconnect my phone).
I hope this mail to you, gets some response and action from Airtel, hopefully I will not be forced to go to the consumer court to settle this issue.
