Balance deduction

Hello,

My Name is Narayan Kalra my mobile no. is 919827211381 & i am using the Reliance GSM Service last 6 years, but nowadays from last 2-3 months balance is deducted without any information sometimes Rs.20 sometimes Rs.30 every month, whenever i recharg my mobile its deducted suddenly & i did n't activate any service on my mobile.

Some service is activated on my mobile without my knowledge which i never needed at all, for this i also call on Reliance Customer care for deactivating of this kind of services but there is no action from that side and i am afraid of this kind of Services from Reliance.

So, please look into action for resolving this issue.
