Forceful recharge on new prepaid connection

I had taken a new prepaid connection with airtel. I went to their franchise in Secunderabad, very near to secunderabad club. After filling in the form and giving all details, when i asked how much it costed me, the service man replies me Rs. 155. I asked him why that much when it was printed Rs. 20 on the pack. He said it was compulsory to recharge when a new connection is sought.

I could have got it at Rs. 20 at any kirana store, but had no choice since i wanted it to be activated immediately. I felt cheated, but with no options. I request airtel to look into this matter and take strict action on such image wrecking franchisees.
