Balance deduction of 80 Rs from my main A/c

Dear Sir,

My name is Parvez Shaikh, having a prepaid card of Bharti Airtel Pvt. Ltd since almost 18 months.

I have subscribed a SMS scheme of 67 Rs in which I will be getting 100 SMS for 30 days free (Local and STD) but without any notification prior regarding the technical upgradation for systems the Airter service provider deducted my main balance of around 80 Rs on 27 and 28 February.

I have been calling to customer care for the same on 27 Feb till date but not getting my refund back, instead of apology they are disconnecting my calls and now they have barred my customer care numbers also.

For proof of talking I have been given reference number 20228023158 on 28 Feb 08:32 AM, and I have been told to refund my 80 Rs balance and the validity for the scheme of 67 Rs SMS scheme for extra 2 days (On 27-28 Feb unable to get the benefit of the scheme for technical upgradation)

Requesting you to take my complaint for such fraud done to me.
