Balance deduct

Dear Sir/ma'am,

I am very disappointed with the reliance services. i am regular customer of yours but you guys are not treating me like a customer you are treating me as a i am enemy of yours. you guys are deducting my balance from few days without any reason why???

Did i make a mistake to take a reliance GSM SIM.

Refund my balance asap neither i have to take some strict action against the company
