LG and Nokia handset - not selling anymore

Reliance has stopped selling LG and NOKIA handset.

Since last one month I have been trying to get a new LG handset from Reliance. Each day they give the excuse as it will come tomorrow, in one week. Now one month has past. The sales executive are new at 5 Webworld where I visited. They are not aware or untrained. Truly unprofessional. Кeliance is trying to promote Classic handset. If you ask for LG or Nokia brand they will try and promote Classic brand. Reliance is trying hard to sell the poor quality Classic. Their Customer service is very poor. I have spoken and lodged a complaint at Estate Building on 1st june without any luck. I have since written 4 emails and reminder. No one seems to reply. Nobody at ADAG knows what to reply. No one knows if the handset is available or not. Very poor way of functioning.
