Wrong Balance deduction

Dear Sir/Madam I am Priyank Gupta a Reliance mobile U.P. west subscriber having “Many Reliance mobile numbers”, I would like to draw your attention towards my problem of being cheated by Reliance communications. I had “switched on” my reliance numbers (8307513283, 83075513527, 8307512951, 8307513524, 8307540720, 8307540713, 8307540824, 8307540776, 8307539214, 8307540832, 8307540843, 8307512966, 8307512329, 8307536336 & 8307019463) “First time switched on 5 April & 4 April “respectively. But a balance of caller tone has been deducted for my accounts on 3 April from my all “even those mobile numbers are switched off and get switched on first time on above mention dates (i.e. 5 april & 4 April. Then I made call customer care and asked that on which date the balance is being deducted they told me the date on which my mobile numbers were switched off and Also not in condition to refund that balance… Please take necessary action against the company or prescribed department.
