Sub: Old instrument to be replaced with new Caller I.D. Instrument.

I have been your customer from Past 25 years i.e. from 20.02.1984 and i have not defaulted my bill payment even once. My complaint is that i want your goodselves to replace my old phone instrument with a new caller I.D. Instrument and regarding this i have already given a letter on 23.07.2009 to Sub Divisional Engineer, Chennai Telephones, Harbour External-II, Audiappa Street, Chennai - 79 but till date old phone has not been replaced with caller i.d. phone.. Already in other parts of the city new Caller i.d.phones have been installed. All new customers have been provided with caller i.d.phones but then why old customers should not avail this facility. My friend suggested me to surrender this phone and take a new connection for availing this facility. Kindly let me know what further action i should take.
