Phone disconnection problem

I had purchase one no 9300845548 post paid life time free connection from sapphire sales, 2/1-new palasia, opposite cure well hospital, indore-1 in march 06

i had deposited all relevant documents to them at the time of purchase and paid 11oo/in cash for which no receipt was provided

then my phone started in 2 days . on 26.11.06 it suddenly stop working

when i went to the shop, i was told very rudely that because of no document, my incoming and outgoing is stop, resubmitted

till today nothing happen, .again when i contacted you outlet as above mention, your staff had teated me very badly, which i can not explain in writing.
