I would like to inform you that my land line connection (Ph:48642-23982) is not in operation for the last one one and half years. Inspite of repeated complaints to our telephone excahnge (Adimali), no action is being taken to rectify the fault. Kindly investigate and do the needful to rectify the fault as soon as possible.
