Phone bills

Dear sir,

I want to inform you that my phone number is 2411678 and i have a broadband on this number also. My complaint is that we live in agra near sadar bazar Gwalior road we have this number for so long we never had any complaints in billing or in broadbant connection but fron 3 to 4 months we are having problem regardin the phone bill .when ever we take the bill to targhar near asdar bazar to ask about the bill. There is no one to listen to us.we have to go from office to office and in the end we have to pay the bill because they force us to pay the bill. I request you to look after this matter.
