WITHOUT PERMISION CHARGED RS. 7

Dear Respected Sir

Today I received a sms from the above No 941709999719 (BP-CAINTK) at 12:49:23

which intimated me that Rs 7/- is charged, while their is no request from my side to provide the stuff which they had provided. While I tried to contact the number to lodge my strong protest I get the answer from BSNL that there is no such number exist. Then I tried to find out the location of the above mobile No which is given below :-

State: Punjab

Provider: BSNL

So I would like to requet you to kindly take a firm action against the connection holder as to how he has charged the amount of Rs. 7/- without my permission. He is to be penlised for this act and directed him torefund the amount with damages as fixed by you. I am a resident of UP (East). A faverable action is anticipated under intimation to me.
