So many promotional SMS from BTBSNLKOVAI

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings. I am one of the mobile customers of BSNL, India. My mobile number is 9442075371. I have registered start DND services already, even then i am receiving too many promotional SMS from BTBSNLKOVAI. When i approach the customer care, they are asking me to dial 1909. While doing so they are not responding properly. Getting more SMS is a big torcher to me. How can i stop this immediately. Please help me.
