Aborting Out Going Facility

I am a customer of BSNL-Assam bearing Post paid Cell No 09435180914 under plan 99. It is also mentioned that an amount of Rs. - is deposited against the Cell phone. As mentioned in my Cell bill issued by BSNL no 386289725 dated 10/12 that my credit limit is Rs. - and I have to pay Rs. 741.00 (Rupees Seven Hundred Forty one 0nly) as outstanding bill amount within 30/12. The bill amount I have already paid Rs. 750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty Only) vide Receipt no TZP100021621000019 dated16/12 in my account no0 301611520.

But I could not able make a call from my Cell phone till now, due to OUT GOING facility is aborted by BSNL. I think BSNL is harassing me.

Therefore, I request the concern authority kindly to take a positive action in favour of me and justify the matter.
