BSNL
New connection not provided

I applied for a new landline connection last yr December they told that i will get the connection within 15 days. but its almost 3 months over but still i didn't got the connection . when asked about what happened they are telling that will get the connection in another 10-15 days... am not getting what to do. money is also gone and am facing some problem also. didn't expect this from BSNL...
