Network Problem

I am suffering from network problem from last two months, during this i have launcehd some complaints to bsnl customer care & called for so many times but result is zero.

I have received two complaint number from their side I052150852 & I151627182 with the assurence that the problem will be solved within 24 hours.

so please look into the matter & solve the problem
