Telephone LIne dead since 2months at Bhubaneswa

Sir,

Our organisation United School of Business Management which is approved by AICTE, New Delhi have taken a land line phone (No. 0674-2725665) from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited since last 3 years. This telephone no. is very essential for communicate others and Fax reveived from AICTE by this number. But in those 3 years one month line is OK but another month is dead. This type of problem is traditional. Recently this telephone no. is dead last 1.5 month. Minimum Bill we paid regularly. We have complained many times to the nearest SDO. There is no solution till date.

Please verity this problem and in future permanent solution have given.
