Deduction of money

One message is regularly coming from 56505 frequently without my activation and deducting money. How this is possible unless you have given permission. Another number 56505005 on regular interval without my consent and activation is deducting money from my balance. I hope it is nexus among BSNL people and with the number to cut such amount. Please check this from your side as soon as possible as you are not authorised do so
